Please I made a mistake in the bank name registered. Instead of UBA I chose Union Bank. Now the status is showing incorrect instead of verified. Please how can i correct this? Is there a way I can reach out to them to correct it?

I made same mistake with one of my staff , instead of UBA I mistakenly choose union bank, but the account shows verified while the name shows NULL instead of account name like others.
Meanwhile I have send an email to info@survival fund.gov.ng for correction with screenshot of the page and also add the payslip of the said staff but yet to get respond. You have as well do same

Pls , even as the employer they've not called me or any of my employees. And all my documents have been verified. I was among the first set of companies that applied earlier.

No but I'm a principal officer that have access to company's account, so I received the alert. But how are they even selecting who to give 30k and who to give 50k, definitely not by the amount on the pay cheque uploaded.

Employees were paid 30k each while our director (employer) got 50k.


We still have 2 persons on our payroll that are yet to receive theirs, there were verified but their names did not display on the site instead it was written "null null" for them.

My people here that use First Bank and Fidelity Bank have gotten their payment. I registered my First Bank too under Employee Payroll but yet to get the payment.

Has anyone using Polaris Bank gotten theirs? Because that's the bank I use for the business.

Na wao my company had been verified since last week, no payment till now, we have only three staff and all are verified. we got call last week. How are they doing it.
