My own is if you want to come please come. Start Planning when you are arrive, things are quite different on ground. don't get carried away because you are studying online before you know it exams and submission of coursework is around the corner.

Focus on your studies and why you're here. Study like as if exams is the next day even if your course doesn't have exams please start your assignments on time.

Focus on the end result, people are easily carried away when they arrive here.

So please plan yourself and time.

It's just like a visa interview. Questions about career path, why I chose UofN above other schools. What are my accommodation plans and the balance of my school fees and living expenses. Asked me what I knew about Northampton town and the campus too.

Also asked about my UK Visa refusal

Basically a short chat of about 10 to 20 mins. Nothing to worry about. He said UKVI says credibility interviews are compulsory for anyone applying from December.

So just relax and be yourself and you will be fine. Hopefully CASS will be out next week! Fingers crossed.

Minimum wage is £8+/hr
There are jobs for £9-£11.

[/b]Let's say you get a £9/hr job. 20 hours gives you £180 a week. Sometimes you might not get all 20 hours. So let's work with 17 hours.

17 hours gives you £153 a week, and £612 a month.
If your rent is £300-£350 pcm (I will peg it at £325), you are left with £287.

If you spend £30 weekly on feeding, you are left with £167 for that month.

In 10 months, you would have saved £1670. [b]How much is the rest of the tuition?

During Christmas break, you can get 3 weeks holiday, during Easter break you can get 2 weeks holiday. These breaks are when you can work unlimited hours, and you will be taxed. If you get £400/wk after tax, that's £2k for the total break. Deduct rent, feeding and miscellaneous from it.

These monies will come in piecemeal, not in one block. You will receive several mails from your school to meet up with your payment plan.

And there are jobs that pay more than that, no? Let's talk about reality and not something that's implausible at this point in time. Out of 100 students, will 10 people get such jobs? How many of those who came in September have gotten such jobs or any job at all that pays at least £11? Some are yet to get jobs.
Someone said he had £3k for tuition, and you say that magic is possible. How many months will it take him to raise money for enrolment alone which is another 3k. The moment he gets to UK he isn't a student till he enrols. What state of mind will such person be in?
