And why brandish their states as if it's a precursor to being effective in those posts? You see that's the problem we have in Nigeria when we become selectively blind to the duplicity of our leaders. The GMD of NNPC is also from same Borno or, has always been since the start of this administration. Is Borno an oil producing state? Is Buhari telling us no one from the East or West for that matter can do a wonderful job in those positions except indigenes of that state?
