Ok now, this is giving some confirmation to a conspiracy theory I was formulating.

About food shortages, herdsmen and farmer clashes, bandits and BH.

It's looking more and more like a scorched earth tactic from the side of the insurgents.
Bros it is not scorched earth. that tactic is used when you are on a defensive it is never used in an insurgency

Chief of Army Staff, Gen. Buratai is from Borno State. Shame on him. National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno is from Borno State. Shame on him. Most of Boko haram foot soldiers and informants are Borno State. Curse on them.

The highest President Buhari can do is to tell the same Gen Buratai and Babagana Monguno to redouble effort and obviously their effort has fallen terribly short. Time for change of guards is due.

May the souls of the dead rest in peace.
If truth be told, there is an urgent need to bring back the South African mercenaries.

Then again, guerilla wars and attacks are hard to stop or prevent. Ask the French forces in Mali.

The cattle rearer at Aso Rock has been condemning the raids by Boko Haram since May 2015.

The bad news is that he will continue to condemn until May 2023.

The highest Buhari can do is to have them replaced. But he can't due to his paranoia and lust for personal loyalty above competence.
Shame on him.

And why brandish their states as if it's a precursor to being effective in those posts? You see that's the problem we have in Nigeria when we become selectively blind to the duplicity of our leaders. The GMD of NNPC is also from same Borno or, has always been since the start of this administration. Is Borno an oil producing state? Is Buhari telling us no one from the East or West for that matter can do a wonderful job in those positions except indigenes of that state? The second world war commander for the allied forces Dwight Eisenhower was neither Japanese nor German yet he was very effective in that role.
Maybe Buhari should borrow some ideas from the playbook of that period if he can muster enough strength and presence of mind to read.

Why doesn't oga always speak? Why us it only special adviser that speaks? Other countries Oga would have spoken addressing the situation and steps taken to curtail this sort of things.
Its a pity though the level of insecurity experienced in Nigeria. May their hardworking souls rest in peace.
Dead men tell no tales.

Not a new thing and afterall they sponsor and enjoy the killing. Moreover, the killing dey happen on a daily basis including bandits multiple attack.
Any northern leader that condemn it will be attack so not surprise that bubu just reacted and the lame man will just sent his looters buratai & co to prepare to loot money that will be assign to audio fight insurgency in the north...
Ignorant region with their stupidity.
I wish south-south will be separate from these animals.
But too bad, we're stuck with them.

E be like say Buhari surname na Condemn. Condemn condemn Condemn, yet no actions.

Over 40 farmers killed in the most gruesome manner, in an established state like Nigeria in 2020 and the chief security officer comes to "condemn".

Effective proactive measures would have averted this carnage. Don’t condemn, you have don't they enough, swiftly work for justice.

The North is feeling the heat. This should be a warning to everyone in Nigeria about the consequences of voting in someone because he is their "son" or "brother"
The nigerian military is busy dancing operation crocodile smile in the East.
All those useless retired boko haram terrorists in Nigerian army uniform and their spinless cronies, always excited about coming to the east but scared of going to Boko Haram to fight.

yeye de smell

The thunder that will fire all those who voted for this presidiot Booharrey is still warming up in atlantic ocean

A president that always react to serious national issues through his press secretary never seen the idiot face the press and address the country he claim to governed and directly talk to the people. I still insist GEJ should never have handed over power to this dunce so called president.
