Blacks rarely scuba dive, especially here in Africa but I've seen them in Europe, mind u I've been to almost all of the private beach in Lagos including jara beach and I've never seen anyone scuba dive, but if it's jet skiing I've seen.

Scuba Lagos is a club who trains those who are interested in scuba diving and it was started by two Nigerian guys. You won't find them on any beach around Lagos became they have a base at Lagos boat club.. Try and visit.
