I need help o.

I was deported from the US in 2017 at the Chicago POE. Wasn't banned but I know its kinda difficult to go back to the US. I have since travelled to Germany, France (twice), Turkey, South Africa, and Greece. I had no issues with any of these countries and I returned home at the right time.

Before my deportation, I travelled to the US in 2015 and returned without any issue. I also went to the UK in 2016 and returned home without any issues but economic wahala made me take that regrettable US trip that led to my deportation. Things are better for us now.

Right now, my wife has won a full PhD scholarship to study in the UK and we are about to apply to move to the UK with our two children. We plan to tell the truth in our VISA application but is there something else I can do to ensure we don't fail?

Please I know I made a mistake so you can ignore the deportation mess.

Can you guys please give me advice?

I still checked yesterday and all I saw was that it was received by DMC. Only after I received their email today and checked, it has changed to “received by VAC”

Why don't you let your wife apply and get her visa first before other members of the family apply.
When it's your turn to apply make sure you say the truth in your application.

Please who has called them recently? I'm trying to call the number but they wouldn't get to the stage of requesting for my card details and speaking with an agent..

They will only say at the end, thanks for your call, good bye.. Or am I not pressing the correct options?..

You don't need to select any option. Just stay on the line till you are told to input your card details

OK, once I dial the number, I should ignore all those people talking?
. They usually ask if you are making enquiries about application made, press 1,if you want to speak to someone in English, press 2...after choosing those.. Some people will talk and at the end, they will not ask for my card details.. The last guy will say something about email CIH@homeoffice.gov.uk, thanks for calling.. Good bye..

Please give 6 months statement and explain the huge withdrawal and deposit. It will show on both accounts. Your application may be refused for submitting less than 6 months statement. If I were Eco, I will know you're trying to hide something and my decision will take that into consideration.

Short answer: Don't do it, just explain the inflow.
Good luck.
There is nowhere its stated the account statement MUST be 6 months. I have taken my time to check the requirements and no number of months is specified.

I got my first ever visa with 3 months statement ans subsequent renewal with 4 months statement

Uk is moving to tiered restrictions from December 3. You should be able to fly to the UK after the lockdown would have been lifted tomorrow.

Gurus in the house, i have been scared of applying for UK visa simply because of Tax Clearance certificate.Thats why i visit dubai often. I am an entrepreneur have a business venture registered in 2017 with a bank account.

Have a family member in UK who can send invitation and state that she will yake care of feeding and accommodation.

I have 3 accounts 1 which is the business which regularly have large deposits. Then another account which i usually transfer funds from the business account for out going transactions. This account also recieves huge deposits from the business account. The third account is my savings account which i transfer funds between 150,000-250,000 to from my second account.

At the moment business account has about 5,000,000 at the moment. The second account has about 1.5 and the savings has about 3,000,000.

Also have property valued at 16,000,000.

Now my challenge is that i want to state that the trip will cost me 500,000 since accommodation is take care of for 12 days. The issue of the total cost of the trip not being more than 2 times disposable income. So that means my disposable income should be 250 000 and monthly expenses is 50k. That means i earn 300k monthly after tax. So my total annual income should be about 3.9-4m.

Annual tax should be about 350k. And tax clearance is about 3-4 years back. Meaning u have to pay 350k X about 3 years= about 1.1m or more.

Do i pay this and get tax clearance to apply, or appy with only statements and property documentation without tax document?

Or should i build an account for 6months as an employee for someone.?

You can apply without a Tax Clearance Certificate.
Not a problem at all
