Currently, NSE is not direct. You will submit a normal application, then IRCC will send the request letter to you. Okay?

Just wanted to make sure am not on the wrong side of the lane..

Yes. Ask for a refund. Was there any reason to pay in advance? Or was that what was requested by IOM? Also email canadamedicals@qlifefamilyclinic.com to book your appointment
it's 35k there self and faster I also paid when I got to the clinic.

Hello nairalanders

Please how can one tackle refusal reason based on personal assets and financial status?

1. Apply for your GCMS note to know the actual reason for your refusal. Normally this might be as a result of lump sum in your sponsor's account, unclear relationship between you and your sponsor, lack of sufficient fund in your sponsor account and sometimes, and they also look at the possibility of you paying for your tuition and taking care of your expenses in subsequent years. Another I have noticed is that, if you are reasonably old in age, you might wanna show some kind of financial commitment to your studies. But I think you are quite young and should normally not need to show your personal bank acct statement.

In conclusion, there are plethora of reasons that could have led to a rejection based on personal assets and financial status. So, please, request for your GCMS note to see the VO's concerns. Best of luck.

It will surely end in praise.

@Everyone

For NSE you submit normal application with SOP and other documents and then you include one year mybankstatement and ielts, you application will qualify for NSE

Good day Sirs/Mas,

Please I want to ask what are the chances of the V.O requesting for bank statement behind the applicant even after submitting documents?

As usual, your prompt response appreciated.

Hello Raalsalghul,

The VO can not request for a BS behind an applicant's back without due consent from the applicant to the bank. The max the VO could go is verify the authenticity or request for an updated BS.

All the best

Good morning all.

Please I need clarification on how to respond to this NSE request letter. I have sufficient funds in my account for more than 6 months of study (which was requested) but I used a sponsor.

Will my personal account "mybankstatement certificate" alone suffice or must I provide same for my sponsor (since I provided Sponsor’s details in the main application)?

Hello Dame24. I want to ask you something please. When I checked the tuition fee of your program from the school website, its 8600 CAD plus 4000 CAD for int'l students plus 10000 living expenses. Everything equals almost 6,530,000 and you submitted your Dad's soa of 6.8million naira.

Does that mean the balance in your Dad's account is less that 300k naira. I'm just curious .

Good morning guys,

Trust you are all doing great?

I want to clarify something

For someone who wants to start his/her Visa Application, Is this NSE compulsory ?

or

If the new applicant still wants to go via the regular channel that we all know of, can he/she still opt for that?

Thanks

Good day house. I have a question and your answer will be appreciated. Does having a sibling as a Canadian citizen favour or work against you in your study visa application?
Is it necessary to submit his passport bio data page?
This sibling is not posing as a sponsor and is not getting involved in the whole process (he can if necessary), but parents have enough to sponsor and 80% of a year tuition has been paid already.
Is this sibling going to prove as a “too strong” family tie to Canada?
Your response would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Yes boss, from the letter sent to us, if you don't respond to the NSE request within 30days, application will go via the normal processing.

it’s okay if you have siblings, I myself all my siblings were born in Canada, I literally have no family ties to Nigeria, my mom too became a citizen of late, it’s only dad that isn’t too freaked out Canada.. so to answer your question, yes it’s okay to have siblings, you can submit his/her passport bio page, but Canada will still make their research..
Hope this helps

No, it was more than that. The 6.8m was just the balance at the time of application. It increased after, but I guess that had nothing to do with the application.
