If you want to blame religion for people's inhumane and atrocious doings, you have to know those teachings in the religion and then you can do it, religion encourages taking from the one with more and giving to the one with less, is that what these people you are talking about do? There's correction for wrongdoing in religion and there's also forgiveness, both which are above penalty, when someone does a wrong thing, religion encourages us to choose forgiveness, if the person does the same thing again, religion wants us to engage the person in correctional service (Not prison o, psychological service to explain the consequences of that particular action) and then if the person still does it, then we can result to penalty, is this what we practice?
