As long as you are familiar, also look and earn like an officer.
Well You need to have sense too.
If you meet this criteria you can hangout and chill in most officers mess.
Also be welcomed in most officers circle.
It's a good experience.
If you meet the criteria. You should try it sometime..

OPERATION LAFIYA DOLE: AIR TASK FORCE DESTROYS TERRORISTS’ LEADERS’ DWELLINGS, NEUTRALIZES SEVERAL FIGHTERS AT YALE, SAMBISA FOREST IN BORNO STATE

1. In continuation of the air interdiction missions being conducted as part of subsidiary Operation WUTAR TABKI 2, the Air Task Force of Operation LAFIYA DOLE has destroyed some dwellings of Boko Haram Terrorists’ (BHTs’) leaders and neutralized several of their fighters in separate air strikes executed in the Sambisa Forest area as well as at a settlement about 1.7 Km East of Yale, both in Borno State. The air raids were undertaken yesterday, 30 November 2020, after credible Human Intelligence reports and series of aerial surveillance missions had indicated that some of the BHTs that carried out recent attacks against innocent civilians were harboured in makeshift structures under the dense vegetation of the Sambisa Forest while others were tracked to the settlement East of Yale.

2. Accordingly, the Air Task Force dispatched Nigerian Air Force (NAF) fighter jets and helicopter gunships to attack the 2 locations. The attack aircraft, while taking turns to engage the targets, delivered lethal bomb and rocket strikes, resulting in the destruction of some of the structures as well as the killing of several terrorists.

Where are you getting your own news from? The reason they gave for the killing was because the people of that village handed over a terrorist to the security personnel.

Nah so some people for here dey talk say bojo haram killed them because them dey work on their farms grin

The funny thing about all this is that, that village the killing took place is less than 20km away from OP lafiya dole command center in maiduguri.

The reason those farmers in that village was killed was because they were spying for the military and they caught a terrorist and handed him over to the military.

The people living in the community told the military they might be attack by the terrorists, the military failed to take any action.

More than 44 people were killed sef. The people that were killed is close to 100.
If the military had been proactive, the massacre won't have taken place. More than 44 people were killed. Their heads were cut off one after the other.

In a sane country, GMB would have been impeach. But in Nigeria, it can never happen.

I still believe the solution to Nigeria problem is total disintegration. Restructuring will also help, but total disintegration will be the best.

A man like GMB has nothing to do with been a president, but if the man is giving the opportunity to contest again, some tribalistic and religion fanatics will still vote the useless thing into power.

FIGHT AGAINST INSURGENCY RECEIVES BOOST AS NAF TAKES DELIVERY OF ANOTHER MI-171E HELICOPTER

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) today, 2 December 2020, took delivery of a second Mi-171E Helicopter acquired by the Federal Government from Serbia. The Ilyushin 76 Strategic Airlifter aircraft that brought the brand new helicopter touched down at NAF Base Makurdi at exactly 3.15pm today. The Air Officer Commanding Tactical Air Command (AOC TAC), Air Vice Marshal Olusegun Philip, received the new aircraft on behalf of the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar. A combined team of NAF personnel and technical support staff from the equipment vendor were also on hand to assist in offloading the new aircraft, some parts of which came in crates. In addition, officials of the Nigeria Customs Service and the Nigeria Immigration Service were present to ensure necessary documentation.

The new aircraft is the second of 2 Mi-171E helicopters procured by the current Federal Government Administration and brings to 23 the total number of brand new aircraft acquired since 2015. The new aircraft will undoubtedly boost NAF's contributions in the fight against insurgency, armed banditry and other criminal activities in the country. The newly-received aircraft will now be assembled in Makurdi by a team from the equipment vendor, assisted by NAF technicians, prior to test-flying and formal induction into the NAF.

While it is gratifying that the long awaited NAF582 ( MI-171) has arrived the FG needs as a matter of urgency to acquire more . The current needs require at least short term 6xMI-171E to meet up with the current challenges , it needs to be done within the next year's budget. However I am glad the bird has arrived it will save lives and replace the mi-171 that was lost three years ago. The NAF also has to be commended since 2015 it has been a complete turn around from the dark days of 2009 when it struggled to put two Helicopters in the air simultaneously. This is no longer the case .
We await the inductions of the UCAVS with the return of the operators from China this is the next logical step hopefully December will be a good time for the NAF.
Godspeed.

it is brand new if it wasn't they would say so , they ( NAF ) would tell you it is second hand . There is no shame in that . The NAF did inform us when they got second hand equipment from the NNPC and the CUSTOMS ( The two bells). IMHO They need to get 12 more mi-171 brand new or second hand it doesn't make a difference.
IMHO what is important ( not discounting your opinion , respectfully ):
It is a G2- G2 sanctioned event / It came with spares/ it will be fitted in Nigeria so our boys will get further practical experience/ More rockets.
