Got a message from my Kenyan friend, she sent a news she saw probably on Facebook and wrote "Only in Nigeria". I felt it was one of those news that put Nigeria in bad light (corruption, insecurity).

Not until I saw the news!! Quite annoying things like this are becoming well known, the girls themselves aren't ashamed. It's already becoming a stereotype as they believe all Nigerian girls engage in this. Funniest thing is the girls themselves do it openly and are proud to be referred to as gold diggers.

I'm not one to do such sis!! I was even on the defensive. I only put it up here cause I was surprised a fellow African could say such. I know their are guys who castigate ladies with every given opportunity but that doesn't still exonerate so many ladies who have such mentality and fly them like a flag.
