Hello,

The decision not to do a covid test was mine though nobody asked for it at the airport. The only passengers I noticed that needed the result to board were those headed for Dubai. The only other thing they inquired was the arrive canada app. Download the app, fill and submit your info 24- 48 hours before departure.

Which flight did you use?

Hello house, please does anyone knows if we need to obtain a yellow card before leaving Nigeria to Canada?

Yes you can apply for SIN online now. I don’t know if they cancelled SIN application at the airport though but we got ours by applying online when we got PR in May(we were inland applicants).
Hello, thank you for your reply. Ifi may ask again, How long does the application process take from start to finish and how will the SIN be delivered? (By email or a physical paper correspondence?) many thanks in anticipation

Good day all,

Any Conestoga College Alumni here?

I need Alumni referral code for my application so I won't have to pay application fee.

Thanks.

I would also very much like to migrate to Canada. This country is very attracted by the standard of living that migrants receive there.

Good evening all,

Please I'm asking this for my fiancee. She passed IELTS already and her ECA has been ready for months. She wants to create profile now but someone says she needs NOC before she can create a profile even after IELTS and ECA. Please all, how true is this?

Hi there,
So the NOC is just an occupation list which contains all the available professions in the Canadian labor market. So all you (or the prospective applicant) need do is search for your current occupation in that data base and copy the NOC code. Summarily, the NOC is needed because that’s what you’ll use to show that your current occupation belongs to the Canadian labor market. It’s a rather simple step in the application and won’t take much time. I hope this helps and i stand to be corrected.
Cheers!

Yeah, she'll be asked to choose her occupation/job while creating her profile...that's the NOC

Go through the website below and find out the NOC that best fits her work experience, she'll then input the digits while creating her profile.. that's all! no special work to be done! I will also recommend you read other parts of the website for better understanding of the process..

All the best!

Hi everyone! I recently just got this information and was wondering if anyone could help verify it. I was told that the location for your quarantine arrangement has to be at your point of entry; meaning, let’s assume your final destination is Saskatchewan, and your point of entry is Toronto, you wouldn’t be allowed to board a domestic flight from Toronto to Saskatchewan without having first quarantined for 14 days AT TORONTO (even if you’ve made prior quarantine arrangement already at Saskatchewan). Please is this correct?

I was in Canada in November- POE was Montreal spent the night in a hotel and flew to Calgary the next morning.

Unless things have changed considerably between then and now- you can board a domestic flight without any hassle.

Hope this helps

Please I have some questions I have searched the whole of google for guidance wasnt satisfied with what I saw till I saw this comment

A. How long does it take for the preparatory courses? I am looking at a career change I have a bsc in mass comm and msc in History which means I'd have to take about prerequisites courses

B. What's the range of the school fees

C. Do you any idea of schools that offer this prerequisites in Nanaimo, BC

D. Can I work and study (prerequisites courses)

I will really appreciate your response I just need guidance

dicedapples:

You could also look into the University of Lethbridge for the after degree, for your prerequisite they offer a program called nursing preparation program. I am also doing something similar.

Speaking for Northern BC.

C . Prerequisite courses can be taken online. Check with the school district in your city, they should offer them for free.
Try ebus.ca ( Though they are in northern bc, they might register you for free. You must be a resident of BC). I will also advise you check with the school offering the program to know how many courses you will have to take. Anatomy and Physiology ( Biology 12), English 12, Math(12) and (Chemistry 12) are the major ones.

D. Depending on the nature of work, yes it is possible. Not to scare you but those Prerequisites course carry muscle ooo. The biology 12 for example is like year one biology in Nigeria University. Most school will require you to have 72-75% before you can get admitted. Nursing degree is also very competitive, so you might want to have a better grade to increase your change of getting admitted.

Again this is for northern BC. I hope it helps.

Good morning everyone. Please, I need help on the following.

A graduate who is a chemist and has a high grade in his B.sc and M.sc (a first class) is interested in a fully sponsored PhD scholarship in any Canadian university. Please, can you help with suggestions and how he can go about it?

Secondly, I need help on how to go about saskatchewan immigrant nominee programme. Do I need to write IELTS before applying? Please, help. Thanks.

For scholarship, you have to do your research. For sinp, you must write IELTS and stand a better chance if u have a family relative there.
