A Facebook user, Kevin Tita, has taken to his timeline to narrate what he passed through in the hand of a school teacher, states that the I'll treatment melted upon him by the teacher affected his self esteem and vows never to forgive the teacher. He wrote.

"This is the man that drove me to deep depression that I have found it very hard to overcome till date since high school. This man had a special hatred and disgust for me right till even after I left the school and came back to visit when he slapped me coz I won’t bow down to greet him and our girls matron whom I believe he was fucking at the time.

You don’t know the effect of your actions on a child’s mind, you think you are being a bad ass teacher mean while you are affecting kids in a way that can destroy their self confidence growing up. I haven’t forgiven, I will never forget. Worst thing is that this animal had favorites in the class whom he doesn’t touch and he protects but those of us he felt weren’t good enough to be on his list, or those of us whose parents won’t give him money or goodies when they come visiting, we got it the worse from this devil right here.

You won’t die well Mr. Ben, there’s no amount of apology that can fix this. I have mental scars I have to live with, I didn’t end up a useless child like you always told the class I will when ever u want to flog me. I remember and appreciate every teacher that cared enough to understand when a student is acting out, it’s coz there’s something wrong in their life and family, but fools like this saw weak students as punching bags and logs of wood he can use to practice what ever fighting style he was dishing out back then. I didn’t learn a single thing this animal taught in class coz he would always show up to class with a bunch of sticks he would use to flog students till none was left, how can a child learn under these circumstances?

Other kids that were victim to this imp might have forgiven but every time I come across his profile. I am reminded of one of the people that tried to make me feel like I won’t be anything when I grew up. And to any of our class mates that have a different experience with this mumu and want to come and advice me, I will block u right away, it’s been 11yrs since high school, I don’t miss any of you and I definitely won’t be coming to no fucking high school reunions anyways as long as First Baptist High School is concerned. That was how Mrs. Bello and Mr. Garba flogged me mercilessly on the assembly ground in 2003 when I was in SS2 because I didn't know al-fatiha word-for-word. They continue beating me more as I was pleading that I am a Christian, son of a pastor and I never attend any Islamic class or lecture.
Some teachers that were Christians were just looking at them because they don't want to cause religion conflict within the school.
This happened in a government public school at Ota, Ogun state

I feel your pain bro.. I had some devilish teachers from primary to secondary school. Then in primary school, u will see teachers so kind to kids of rich parent, like we others chose to be poor, if they were rich, why did they end up as teachers.. They forget memories are real.

Mine is on the contrary, it was her beatings and approaches after beating that changed me for better and now a medical doctor and on route to becoming neurosurgeon in less than 4yrs time.
She was our SS 2 class teacher . I was so stubborn . Any time she came for attendance marking ,I jumped out through the window because of my hair style , foot wears etc ( everything about me and my cliques were out of order based on the school criteria)
She taught she could get at me during exams , took the whole class to fine art studio ( very spacious) and made me sit directly opposite her table, took away my calculator so that I could fail very well. ( That was how I wrote all the papers for the 1st term in SS2)
On the day of collection of report sheet, she camped all of us in the same studio and made a rule of " 2 lashes of cane per F9 and one per D . only C upwards escaped being beating . I told myself I can never be victim of her set up ! She was calling and beating people mercilessly! When it got to my turn, she exclaimed , who is this!because not only that I had As all through, they were As with gaps 90+( I remembered chemistry that almost everyone failed ,I had 94% , got all the mcq in math) she called my name and exclaimed again , it is you! so you are brilliant ! then lashed me even more than other students .
Later called me to her office, talked sense to my head , made me the class captain . She invited me to her house to see her husband who is a consultant family physician. I was mentored . Now I'm here , thank God and Dr & Mrs Alade. Your Children will never cross path with destiny destroyers .

Kevin Tita is an 1d10t, he was one back in school, one yesterday, today and who knows, maybe tomorrow.
If your Teacher flogged you many years ago, and you are still crying many decades after, it means you did not learn anything by such flogging, he needs to flog you twice again.

Those who have a made a good thing with their lives, always thank that teacher who flogged them silly and did not let them go astray, even when they did not like it back then.

We had one like this back in primary school, would always beat us for no reason. One day some parents got fed up and rearranged the guy's face.

Something similar happened in my primary school, one teacher beat one little girl till her eye got swollen. The girl had some elder brothers like that you know all these large Hausa families , na so the brothers enter car come school rearrange the man face

Lol... so much hate here. I don't hate any of my teachers. I'd like to believe they did all they did for me to turn out good. Even if that wasn't the case, that believe gives me peace of mind. It's not easy to be a teacher. A student will hate you for punishing them but will still love their parents who used to hit them with all sorts of objects. The truth is, if you aren't someone's parent, it's extremely hard proving you're hitting/punishing them out of love and not hate.

The Kevin guy might have turn out great cause he was trying to prove a point all thanks to the teacher who challenged him as a kid. But here he is cursing the same teacher. I read through his writeup and I didn't see any proof that he was mistreated. I only saw claimes that some parents gave him (the teacher) money (it's natural for one to believe others are treated better cause the authority receives favour from them but do African parents really give teachers money to pet their kids?) and that he was probably sleeping with the matron (this was an assumption and even if it was true, his business does not count here). I also read that he (the writer) was hit for greeting in a certain way; a very normal thing in many schools. While many teachers tend to have favourites (everyone has, it's just not OK to make it obvious), it's also common for the academically poor students to believe they are being maltreated even when that's not the case.

It's understandable if he had these grudges as a kid but as an adult who has experienced life, I'm afraid such level of hatred is unhealthy even for him. His friends and family should be careful around him cause his kind can take grudges to the grave. And that makes me wonder if he really turned out great as he claimed cause a truly fulfilled and happy man wouldn't be preoccupied by such things at this point.

All my teachers in secondary school sabi flog die, the last time I went to school I was happy seeing them all, cant hate but love them , cus I already realised it not really easy training us back then, we no really dey hear word.

11 years since high school and the teacher is still living rent free in his head. If his parents did a better job of raising him properly he wouldn't be so bothered by one sadist. I would love to sit down with him and find out if he attended univeristy, na there he go know say sadists pass sadists .

I hated that French teacher ehn but my biology teacher in ss2/3 that woman is a definition of a mother teacher... Always correcting and encouraging me to be on the right track always, flogged me two or three times right from when she started teaching my level till I graduated.

My mum was a teacher and I know the blessings I have enjoyed from some of her ex students. In fact there was a colleague of mine whose sister was her student. When she learnt who I was she personally came to the office to see me and tell me what a wonderful person my mum was to them.

My english language teacher made me fail my waec english language examination.He gave me 10strokes of cane in the middle of the exam. I can remember writing essay and I suddenly felt the pain from the whip on my back. I couldn't concentrate again till the end of the exam. I felt like fighting back but I couldn't because I was still a little boy of 14years old. I will never forget that day. He gave an excuse of me always escaping his beating all this while and the only place to get me was in the exam hall. I later had d7 in English language and it came at the cost of denying me admission to Oau that year as my mother could only afford to register me for waec only. I was really pained that year. many years ago I and two former classmates paid a visit to my sec school, I had a nice time laughing and reminiscing with my former teacher's except Mr s, whom we greeted very briefly, I could see the the regret in his eyes as if he wished he had formed a better relationship with us back in the day, Mr s terrorised us so much almost as if he had a vendetta against, even though we were just kids back then, seeing him in a worn out,sad and defeated state really made me think about how nothing dey this life.

Lol! Some of these people are just so bitter because their life got derailed in an unexpected way, towards an uncharted territory, instead of figuring out what directions it is heading, they resort to transferring their unmitigated aggression to others, in some cases, students, and wards.

Some teachers are just so aggressive. Students are a handful, but when they warm up to you, it makes your work 80% easier.




No jokes. The guys in Science class especially started offering Commerce. They took tests, but didn’t take exams. I had days I flogged them, most times I gave them silent treatment.
