Death sentences are hardly executed un Nigeria. Since she is tried in the FCT it will be in the FCT Ministers purview and that will make it an even longer shot.

Children or no children, the penalty for murder is death, especially where it is willful and premeditated.

If she loses on appeal, her only escape route is to seek a pardon from the Governor of the state in question.
