Hi TeeMade, i submitted IELTS Academic with my application before the NSE request. When the NSE request letter was sent, this did not come with request for IELTS anymore.

I think any of the modules is acceptable since their letter is not specific on which to submit,i think you should submit the one you have.

Please is anyone with the mobile numbers for Abuja VFS? My passport has been ready for collection since 3rd December and I paid for 2-way via DHL. They're yet to notify DHL, I don't know how to reach them. Are they not supposed to notify DHL to pick up my package? What kind of wahala is this again? I've sent emails once everyday since then, no information from them. I tracked my return waybill and it still has the received information, no dispatched tracking. DHL is waiting for their notification. Nawao!!

because I sent my documents and passport to Abuja vfs on Thursday and from the tracking ID with DHL I can see that the package was delivered on Friday at the close of business.
But I haven’t gotten any email from the VFS till now, Is this normal, or I should start bombarding them with emails

Did you write your IELTS after receiving NSE letter or you had it before you submitted your application?

If you had it before submitting your application, did you tick YES on the application form when asked if you have taken a language test and did you upload the test results on your application form?

Yeah, Thanks alot for the clarification @Olasubomi. Maybe I would have considered uploading my IELTS GT but on my application form, I actually ticked NO as answer to the question if i had taken a language test.

As a follow up to my last post, my package got to Lagos from Abuja on Friday evening 4th Dec. It was sent to Nahco office Ikeja. It got to Lekki sorting office over the weekend, and was delivered to me exactly 12noon today.

@frankrobbn1, THANK YOUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No other words to describe your support for the past 6 months when I put in this application. May God bless you a thousand fold indeed. I will still bombard you with messages regarding work permit for hubby once I touch down YYZ THANK YOU, OSE, NAGODE, MERCI. And to the whole Nairaland family, you guys rock. Received 4 emails today from VFS. Last email said: the decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. xxxx has been collected from the Canada Visa Application Centre,Abuja on 2020/12/03.

I also received LOI today having gotten counterfoil yesterday.

DHL/VFS timelines:
Submitted at DHL Friday Nov 20.
Got to VFS Monday Nov 23
Tracking nos received Nov 24
Dispatched from VFS to IRCC same day Nov 24
IRCC started processing Nov 30
Dec 2, IRCC sent same back to VFS
Dec 2, received counterfoil
Dec 3, received LOI
Dec 3, received 4 emails from VFS:
(1st: passport received from IRCC
2nd passport en route IRCC to VFS Abuja
3rd, passport received at VFS ABUJA
4th passport has bn picked up from VFS Abuja

Now waiting to track same on DHL's portal as I paid for 2 way courier.

Advise to anyone with PPR to use Abuja.

Will be back to let you know when I receive the passport to give you a full idea of how long total process took.

For one that got the NSE and wants to register for the IELTS, how does he book for the exam as well as prepare. His NSE submission deadline is 26th Dec.

You have to add your statement of account, school fees receipt(if you paid) plus every other financial document that proves you have the funds for study.
Explaining the study gap between 2012 to when you plan to apply is what you need to do, if you have completed micro programs, professional courses plus work experience related to marketing, then you have a shot.

yes pls..... actually i saw on the schools site that a min cgpa of 75% as assessed by country..........so, i wanna know my faith to see if i should apply to another or still chill small

wes evaluated my cgpa to be 3.17/4 and thats about 79%.....BUT my naija cgpa on a 5 point scale no reach 75%.....hence my confusion

The evaluated result should suffix then, I believe that's what they're interested in. I thought you wanted to know if you can apply without evaluated Transcripts, and the answer would have been yes cos I emailed them and got a positive response.

Yes o, the UPS man just left my house

They will send u a mail with one consent form and acct details, you’ll send 11310, then generate receipt and send the form to the email with some details!

Then.... mine took 2 working days... Thursday and Friday
