I used an Air fryer to roast it, but you can use oven.

If you have air fryer, Wash and remove the plantain skin and make some incisions on it. Rub some salt (optional) and roast for first 15-20 mins, turn it and finish up 5-7 mins.

For oven
Wash and remove the plantain skin and make some incisions on it.
Rub some salt( optional)
Preheat oven to 370 Fahrenheit
Line baking sheet on a baking tray, place the plantain and bake, turn it every 15 mins until it roast golden brown.

I still plan to make that ukazi soup. Now I’ve added this to the list. Just waiting for the day I’ll have enough appetite for fufu. But I have all my ingredients ready In The freezer.
