Which people are ritualists?
Lol, Mr Ibu was referring to Yoruba people. You people thought Mr Ibu cant Understand yoruba and wanted to eat him.
The funniest is that your Oba of Lagos knew that the plot was to eat him when he saw the protesters storming his palace with Onions and pepper, then he took to his heels.
His policemen were not that lucky that was why people caught and ate them.

This is a pure lie. I am an Anambrarian working in the civil service in Anambra. My bosses are both Igbos and Yorubas. Nobody has ever victimized the Yorubas because of their tribe. One of the Yorubas has reached the peak of his career without being victimized. The other two are just a a step below their peak, and will be going for promotion soonest. I am even closer to my Yoruba than Igbo Ogas. I have many Yoruba friends in Anambra. My clothes are sewn by Yoruba tailors. I guess if the situation can easily be found in South West. I have not seen any Yoruba man in Anambra being victimized because of his/her tribe. Please get your facts right before spewing rubbish.

Mumu I be Ijebu and have never been treated anyhow by any other Yoruba. You should try again with a more sensible lie.

Yoruba I know ain't the ones complaining Hausa Fulani Kanuri Ikwerre Ghanaians Gabonese South Africans Chinese Malaysians Singaporeans Taiwanese Indians Cambodians Arabs n many more hate they after exhibiting their foolishness across the globe.

Only one cursed tribe complain every other tribe hate them but they are too foolish to look within n cleanse their bigoted soul of foolishness. It is only this same myopic tribe that segregated a section of it own as OSU so they can be abused insulted etc. Tufiakwa I spite of your nauseating tribe.

Continue lying to your Yoruba sons and daughters. Yoruba parents that will be telling their children to refer to other Igbo kids as omo yebo. Passing hatred down to their children is actually one of the things Yorubas are known for

Igbo parents aren’t childish or as jobless as Yoruba parents. Just say that you don’t like the igbos and we move on. You’re just looking for a way to justify your hatred. They have no business with igbos, but Yorubas on the other hand have an extremely evident obsession with the igbos.

We are purely unprovocative, but if you choose to anger one Igbo man or insult my tribe, we will all come after you. It’s natural. You south wasterners need to stop being hypocritical wailers. You guys always give out what you can’t take back.

Igbos have been asking for a United south so that we can be more powerful (politically, etc) but you guys reject it all the time. But when igbos want to unite with the south southerners, you guys see it as a threat.

I know that Yorubas are pathological liars, and you would rather lie about others and themselves than to tell themselves the truth. We all know this.
You calm igbos disunited. Let me not expose how you guys treat ijebu people.

Op, if you have been to igbo land you wouldn't be spewing this trash. Igbos are the most detribalised tribe in Nigeria.

Behold! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the greatest lie of this decade.

The most detribalised tribes in Nigeria are Gwari and Nupe. The 5 most tribalistic tribes in Nigeria are (in order)

Igbo

Igbo

Igbo

Hausa

Yoruba

The Igbos are so bigoted that they even engage in inter state rivalry. You can never find a Sokoto man fighting a Kebbi man or an Ogun indigene fighting with someone from Ondo. Such things happen only in the southeast. Also, the people in Sokoto, Kebbi, and Zamfara speak a different kind of Hausa than those in Kano, Kaduna and Katsina but we all identify with the Hausa tribe unlike Igbos where some would be claiming Ikwerre, some Anioma, and some Igbos. Let's not even go there. The Social media and accounts of travelers alone will tell you how bigotry has eaten deep into the southeast.

The three main ethnicities are guilty of this, so quit trying to blame just Ndigbo! The fact that the ones Ndigbo dish out to you gives you sleepless nights and HBP could be down to the fact they have a sharper tongue and know how to get under your skin!
The reason they attack igbos online is due to the ethnic and religious hate they have been receiving from igbos. The guy is correct, the hate Igbos spew to others online is enough to see how their states will be.
All the instances of ethnic and religious hatred I and others I know have experienced happened at the hands of igbos. And the crazy thing is that I've never been to the South East or any igbo community. All these happened in non-igbo places.

I wonder what the OP was trying to achieve by creating this divisive topic, see how the atmosphere reeks of tribalism... I'm sure about 70% of these comments are from the so called educated youths... We are really not ready to move forward with this mindset, even within some ethnic groups there are still some segregation, na wa oh.... Let me remind everyone here again.. YOU NEVER CHOSE YOUR TRIBE, let's shut this nonsense down once and for all and contribute our quota to humanity

Nigeria has been together for more than 100 years (1914 - 2020). Despite all the education, the ethnic groups are still struggling to blend. How much longer do we need to become a united country?

Like always tell people, Nairaland defines who some of us really are because as a faceless platform, it allows people to spew hate that they would never try on Facebook, where most people use their real identities.

Nigeria's unity is likey going to remain a mirage forever because nobody can stay in a forced marriage in the 21st Century
