What Prof. Zulum said is a fact. Recall how many times Boko Haram attack Maiduguri and environs within a month pre-2016, the quantum of terror attacks, that go beyond Borno State, e.g. Kano, FCT, etc. If you are sincere you have to agree with Zulum's submission, despite recent happenings, there are far less terror attacks during Buhari times than before.
Who are we to cry more than the bereaved?
If you say it is better now that your brother is there than the previous administration. Great! It is good to know progress has been made. No one is contesting that with you.

The same people that have been singing his praise for being blunt when it comes to saying things as it is, are now the same people castigating him for saying what he believes was right thing to say as far as security situations in his State is concern, i want to believe he was right. Before Pmb BKH boasted about many local government, which if it continue at the rate prior to emergence of pmb, the whole North East would have been occupied by this dreaded marauding group.

Bitterness has eaten too much out of you. You guys thought Zulum was against PMB that's why you guys started celebrating him.

The bitter truth is that Boko Haram of 2015-2020 cannot be compared with the Boko Haram of 202-2015 under Jonathan's clueless leadership. Bombings used to occur almost every week and across all the states in northern Nigeria. In fact, there was a time when almost 50 blasts happened in just one day and in one state (kano).

The kidnappings and banditry is where Buhari has failed but I would pick it over what used to happen in the past. Indeed, we do not miss GEJ. Get over it
Oga, since you and the governor say things are better now in the North East than during the past administration, it is a good thing. No one will dispute that fact as said by zalum. The current peace and stability brought to borneo and the NE In general is a great thing and you should enjoy it.
Who are we to cry more than the bereaved?

U see it is said, naked truth is better than the best dressed lie.
My problem is not lying, but telling a foolish one,if u have to lie lie constructively, which though is a lie but a white lie at least.
50 bombings in a day that is a sadistic lie. Have conscience bro.
Borno,Yobe and Adamawa where worst hit, then 1or2 happened in Abuja,Kano and where?
In 2015 alone when Buhari came to power more than 1,300 people lost their lives to herdsmen mostly in Benue. Don't forget about plateau,Taraba,Kogi,Kaduna and Niger.
Before 2015 there was ni thing like herdsmen attack.
Now let's go to the North West, bandits in Katsina,Sokoto,Zamfara,Kebbi,b4 2015 nothing like that.
Now kidnapping in Abj-Kd road rampant, also kidnapping in Abj,Nassarawa, ondo,Edo and the least is on.
All the bandits, kidnappers and herdsmen are all Boko Haram,if u know u know.
They have only changed modus operandi.
So my friend I will not pick GEJ over PMB.
I will even pick Sadam Hussein, Muammar Quaddafi,Mobutu Sese Seko and Abacha over Buhari.

Nigerians don't like hearing the truth. Majority of those blasting Zulum don't even reside here in the North, so our realities here is different from theirs. Years back, we can't enter a motor park without being scanned with metal detectors, barricades on roads leading to churches every Sunday, banks don't allow cars around there premises, we can't visit public places like eateries and have rest of mind because of the frequency of bomb blasts. Many seem to have forgotten the Nyanya motor park bombing, Banex plaza bombing, police HQ bombing, UN building bombing, and many others too numerous to mention.
We know we haven't got there yet considering Buhari promised more than what he has been able to achieve, but to say there's no progress is just being dishonest. Governor Zulum said nothing but the truth, the fact that most of you downsouth hates to hear anything good about Buhari's government doesn't change the realities of what was and what's obtainable now
I agree with you on some of the things you said but saying the south hate Buhari downplayed all you said earlier.

When GEJ was not performing in as much as some part of the south want him to stay for 8 years, all southerners were against him because of the severe bombing in the north which shouldn't be part of our business if we were not being truthful. Gej was the most disgraced and embarrassed president in Nigeria but one thing I like about him is that he didn't kill us or lift a finger, he was tolerant, democratic and diplomatic but he was incompetent fact.

Now Buhari is not performing up to expectation as promised and you want everybody to love him no, he must be shaken to his root until he starts taking Nigerians seriously and fulfilling is promises, we look like a joke to him.

What we are trying to say is his best is not enough eradicate the terrorists, don't pamper them, he is feeding them while people people who were displaced by those killers are hungry and homeless.

When he come to gvt and there was light 24hours because people working under him thought he has some balls, we praised him in fact the south who you are condemning worshiped him and called him Messiah, corrupt people in gvt were on the low and we liked him then few months down the lane everything came back to normal. He dropped from good, bad and then worst and right now he is a terrorist sympathizer and so incompetent.

We are not satisfied with "he tried" we want the best, and he has to be civil and also listen to the people instead of being an asshole.

Security situation in the north became worse under buhari.

We knew only of boko haram before buhari presidency began but now bandit is part of the security equation.
Regularly bandit attacks zamfara, sokoto, katsina, kaduna etc.

Oga, keep quiet! Boko Haram isn't as strong as before yet they chopped off 78 of your brothers heads. 78 heads in one sitting doesn't equate weekly bomb blast according to your fish brain.

You guys can keep singing praises as long as they keep chopping your heads. I don't think anyone in the south gives a flying F about it anymore.

If you losers dont give a Bleep, then why are you crying over what Zulum said. Prior to the last Boko Haram attack, when last did you hear from them? During Jonathan's useless regime, no less than 100 people died every week. They can't be compared.

I think this settles it for me. If this is the common perception of most PMB supporters, and particularly our northern folks, then it's a waste of time for anybody wether governor or governed in and around the north to complain about insecurity.

If i may ask, doo you even place any premium on LIFE going by how you guys down-score and downplay the height of insecurity in the country by comparing failures? Does it mean that if the stats appear unfavorable or doesn't suit your narratives as PMB supporters or a northerner, you'll say thank God our case isn't as bad as Syria?

Yorubas will say 'he that was flogged 10 lashes but came out bragging he doesn't feel the pains, na him body e dey ooo'.

My serious concern is the reputation of my national identity. The same country known for its notoriously corrupt leaders and fraudulent youths now has a new identify as a country with strong hold of terrorism and banditry. Poor country with rich politicians. It's a shame

Look, no one is happy with what's going on now but my post was a response to those that think we are having insecurity today because we kicked Jonathan out. If you do not like being told so, then please, don't read it.

Very good question. Don't cry more than the bereaved.

Banditry is more worrisome to northern Nigeria than Boko Haram is. This is 2020 not 2012-2015

If you like, cry from now till 2030. The northerners can judge things for themselves. Yes, those northeastern states were hit but Taraba, Kaduna, Abuja, Sokoto, Bauchi, Katsina, etc all experienced bomb blasts. In fact, Kaduna experienced about 5 I think so yes, it was all over northern Nigeria. As at 2015, statistics put the total loss of lives due to Boko Haram at 30,000 (not to talk of the injured and the hundreds of thousands of refugees). Only a fool would say that banditry and kidnappings is worse than this.

Just accept it. Buhari has failed to secure the north but don't even compare him with gej. There was a time you couldn't go to a mosque or a market due to fear of bomb blasts (2012-2015)

To me governor Zulum was saying the truth, because those people killed by boko Haram in Borno state under Buhari regime are not from Mr Zulum family, so what do we expect from professor of Animal until boko Haram start killing Zulum family like children, wife and some other family member, wipe off his village people before he could realize that boko Haram had killed lot of people under Buhari government especially Borno people let him continue to play politics with his people lives .......

Do u really know the terrible security situation in North-East before the coming of PMB?
There is about 80% improve of security in North-East now compared to 2014.
All those criticising him are bloody idiots who give everything political interpretation instead of reality. Before the coming of PMB the number of ppl that used to die in one day surpasses the number of ppl that die in 4 months now.
I wonder what those idiots benefitted from PDP that make them to always align to that monster party. Even the so called PDP also belongs to the North, fucking slaves!
