I wanted to write that too if he coughs repeatedly and notice blood stain in his sputum its definitely tuber bacilis aka TB don't joke with that it's deadly he go don dey lean self hospital straight make them load am with streptomycin & RICIN injection.

Haa, this has been going on for over three months now and you are here seeking answers, the hospital is your best bet and you need to run test, delay is dangerous, wonder why people joke with their health like this. Don't wait till it gets worse or too late.
