Hey guys. Please how do I account for study gaps? I graduated at 20 from undergrad and I have been working for the last 12 years. Do I write to them saying I have been working for the last 12 years and showing proofs of my employment letters?

Is that how to tackle this question?

They also asked to provide an official copy of my WAEC certificate. Do I need to go to WAEC office to get that?
