I experienced something like this in early 2018, and after several lab tests, medical doctors could not give me a valid diagnosis of what the actual problem was. According to them, several factors could have caused it. Several types of medication were prescribed to me by "international medical doctors" & "Emergency Care experts" and I completed all of their recommended doses, but nothing worked for me.

However, when I visited Nigeria around September 2018, I complained to my parents-in-law, and they suggested I de-worm myself. And I did.

Guess what? I can testify that till this moment - well over 2 years after that, I do not experience that symptom again. It may work for you too, but seek proper medical attention first! Go and see your doctor and do everything he/she tells you to do. Good luck!

My brother I was a victim of this too sometimes last 2years

I later found out mine was caused by over thinking. I have decided to make my self happy even if situation hard. But best best is he should visit hospital for check up.
