What is the weirdest rule a landlord/Lady has ever given you?

I don't give them that audacity. What the hell ? I don't pay you hard earned cash to make rules for me. I can't even live with them cos l mey not have time to pay homage.

Back at UNN. I lived at the Staff Quarters BQ. One night the previous tenant nearly killed a girl with weed overdose and excess nacking and she ran out naked screaming deliriously "Anwuo mo!" meaning "I am dead o!".

So Rule. No overnight harboring of babe or nacking for that matter.

So anytime I invited a lady overnight we learnt to nack IN SILENCE. And then she became scarce by 5.30 before madam came on inspection. Chai! School days

No watching or Listening to Foreign Music and that it must always be Nigerian. Like say she dey inside my house... Can you imagine. Mtcheew

Back then, my landlady before she will give you her house, you must have dvd, colored TV to avoid one tenants entering each other rooms,she told us one tenant use TV and vcd then to inpregnate another tenant wife.

Landlady told me not to bring any woman to the house as she has beautiful daughters around that one can pick from. I was like, unto wetin nah!!!
