I have this short question to ask.




Is it Godly/proper for a Christian (someone trying to live a holy life and follow the part of Christ) to intentionally or unintentionally involve in the use of cheats - using different illegal means (codes,VPN, bypass network protocols, capitalising on network glitches, etc) to gain access to the internet?

If found in this shoe, what should the person do?

Use your free gifted senses without listening to what old fairy book says or what god of men have to say

In my own opinion it's a sin. Cheating is a sin. I do use it. The Bible said, blessed is the man God has not count his iniquity. In life as I have understand God's mercy is required to live. Some things we do are sin, some might over look it but what matter most is the mercy of God. If he's mercy cover you, you are bless.

God help me and those willing to live in alignment with his word. Amen!!

It's a huge sin to use internet cheat, remember when Peter was rebuked for trying to use in the New Testament. David, the man after Yahweh's heart also used it to locate Uriah's wife before committing adultery with her.

If it's the Bible you are referring to as old fairy tale, may God forgive your ignorance. No matter how I am as a Christian, I can't call the Quran a fairly tales book. It's a book many regards as holy so because I don't practice it I should abuse it.

Someone said the network has bn cheating him since and he won't hesitate using cheat......lol. I wonder if you paid me to supply a product to you and I failed to deliver the goods, will your coming to my store to steal help you? No. You will be tagged as a 'Thief' and besides my store is always open to all, you can come at anytime with evidence of payment to claim your goods or your refund. Same applies to those who feel cheated by network operators.

Cheating is cheating whether offline or online.

There's nothing illegal about using VPN. You can't visit some foreign websites, like automobiles etc because they have blocked and blacklisted Nigeria due to those useless Nigeria yahoo yahoo scammers. As for data cheat codes, well I don't know much about such things, but I think some of those codes are gotten from the internal staff of those networks sometimes. But I no sabi dar wan.

using vpns are is not a sin to my own understanding. VPN only tricks the server that you are accessing a particular site that is meant to be free while using other site.
Their engineer shod patch their loopholes.
But, all those unlimited MB and calls are sins IMO.

Is there a government law against using cheat codes? Are you disobeying any known state law when you use cheat codes? If no, then cheat code isn't a sin.

Anything that doesn't have an explicitly stated punishment when you do them shouldn't be regarded to as "sin"

See, on the Internet, you are not a Nigerian and you are not even a Christian either.

On the net, you are a Netizen- that is a citizen of the internet where almost everything is free.

Added to that, once you are on the net, you do not worship any god but the One True 'Geek' himself. And the geek does not see anything wrong in using 'cheats' from time to time. It only shows that you are 'tech-savvy'.

So... errr... OP, if someone is tempting you right now with the latest cheat then, go ahead and give it a shot.
