People organise parties on residential area without minding the noise pollution, and the party goers park just in front of neighbours gate . Churches are built on residential areas with their loud speakers right beside peoples windows without anybody saying anything. The government cant enforce the law against noise pollution. It is terrible

How the Heck do you park to block someone's gate, what of if an emergency arises. The organizers of the party got what they deserved, and should bear total responsibility.
