After NNPC released the GTs APL with an open memo of completion to the public, they later on gave APL to other GTs quietly - that was not publicized.

The day the E.H will see APL, it may not be too exciting as the morale of so many would have over-dropped before then.

You see the heart of the GMD, it belongs to God. The APL will be released, just focus on other things of life.

Enjoy other things of life. For your APL it must drop.

This is my First Post.
This recruitment has really been stressful with too many ups and prolonged downs. Through it all i have sat and observed appreciatively all those that have kept this thread alive. Kudos to those that keep posting, those that filter some small information which had the effect of soothing our wounds. I Observed this thread right from application to CBT to interview to the long wait until February 14th where GTs were liberated, down till now.

We have waited for almost 2 years now, it really seems like a repeat of previous recruitments(EH component). I haven't posted prior to now as i don't believe i have any information that betters on the already posted updates. To wait this long for a recruitment without any updates from NNPC seems like self deceit.

I want to appreciate all of you that have posted information, reasonable deductions and others that have simply posted the general agitation of everyone here.
I'll occassionally check back here, until i'm no longer keen. If eventually i get an email i'll update here, else we live and let live.

I was one of the GT applicants and I had a strong background, I obtained my first degree from a top 5 UK uni and my masters from an Ivy league US university. I am also from one of the prominent families in the niger delta. So I thought there was no need for any connection. I applied for the process without telling anyone to push any buttons for me, and got to the interview stage. At my interview the panelists were all impressed and we're even asking me if I was going to stay at the NNPc with all my degrees. So I was quite surprised when the list came out and my name was Not on it. But, I think God was redirecting me, between February 2020 till date I have won multiple global awards and was recognised by the UN in Nigeria this year. Not only that I recently won a really prestigious all expense paid 1 year program to the UK, one of only 5 people in the world. All of this would not have been possible without that rejection. After I was rejected, God decided to open the heavens for me to set me on the Path he had for me. After my Nnpc saga, A top agency was the next goal. But, by the time their recruitment came to test stage, I already had multiple good offers, that the agency in Nigeria was no longer attractive. Lesson- you can only receive if you stop chasing a thing that is not yours. NNPC is a bird in the Bush, and we know that a bird in hand is worth more than a million birds in the Bush. God will bless the works of your hands, what is your work? Definitely not nnpc. Do you know how many potential blessings you would have gotten if you removed your mind and your prayers from NNPC? I am sure the God we serve can do better for us! So please redirect your prayers and efforts to other things, and God will lift you up higher than your imaginative capacity. Also, if NNPc is for you, without sweat and tears, it will come to you.

It’s rather pleasing to see that some GT candidates who were not selected have moved on and are making strides in their career. Just for the avoidance of any doubt, the demand for the conclusion of the EH component of the NNPC 2019 recruitment is not just for the qualified candidates to get the jobs but we need to end this attitude/character of persons in authority not being accountable. NNPC job or no NNPC job everyone would find a way to keep growing but we must make sure that these recruitment exercises are concluded and on merit. A lot of people have lost faith in the system and this is not a good sign for the future. If we all move on and the EH recruitment is not completed it would most likely happen again and again. Even GTs should be concerned because a GT today is an EH tomorrow. We have to make sure this trend does not keep repeating itself for all our sakes or at the very least try. Keep twitting and speaking up a conclusion to this exercise/ feedback from NNPC is not a favour it is a given in line with professional ethics.

Cancellation of recruitment processes has become a culture at NNPC. A quick check of their antecedents will corroborate this.

Watching the town hall meeting..
A video of achievements of the GMD and his team was played and it was mentioned that the GT recruitment was concluded.
GMD gave a long speech and he mentioned bringing in the young ones onboard hence the successful completion of the 1050 GTs who have different ideas..
He also talked about IOR and MPE as a positive succession plan to aging TOP management staffs.
He didn't mention EH...
although someone asked about the casual staffs who went thru the recruitment process...

In answering the question on the casual staff he said everyone cannot be converted,he mentioned there's an ongoing process and said he is aware of all the media comments as regards the EH..

Thanks for the update. Is there still hope for the EH? seems they always make conscious effort to avoid questions around the EH recruitment. All we want is for them to conclude the process so we can move on.

We should expect notifications any time too. However, the difference lies in the fact that there were multiple information which suggested that the process was alive.
