Him and the other criminals ruling the country cornered the juiciest oil blocks meant for 200 million citizens and sold it to foreign multinationals for billions of dollars. If anything the members of the oil communities that suffer from oil pollution in the Niger Delta should have been given equity in the oil blocks.
