My mom called me today while on her sick bed saying there is something important she want to say ..
I quickly told her have not gotten a job just incase she wants money she then told me "Nonso , it's not money , see my son the truth is that your late father is not your real father '
I was shocked ,I started crying I replied "Haba mama, who is now my father ?"..

She then told me when she was younger she fell in love with a man , and the man got her pregnant , but that the man's parent were rich and don't want him to marry her
Because of her poor background..

( I was happy hearing my real father is rich., The truth is that my late father is a poor man , that man poor so tey , he will tell us to remove the clock battery every night before we sleep so that it last longer )..

With tears in my eyes I asked her "so mama who be my papa "..
She started coughing ,the coughing increased .I quickly rushed to get water , when she drank it ..she said "Nonso your father is Dan Dan Dan ,".

I replied "Dan what mama ..Dan what !!!"..
But she gave up the ghost and those were her last words ...

I wept profusely, all my life na suffer , when my late father died ,the only property he left for me was a bicycle yet he still leave instructions say Nonso must not touch my bicycle until he is 40 years old ...

Now my only hope of a better life is cut short ,just because my mom would not tell me my dad's real name ..
So I started thinking, which rich person name start with Dan Dan ..I think think think ..
As I was still thinking my phone rang .. I picked and it was Brother Thomas from Lagos. .
When he heard my shaky voice , I told him my mom has passed and I also mentioned her last words ,...
Next thing brother Thomas started shouting and saying "we don make am ! We don make am "....

I replied how .. he then said "Nonso you be mumu o ,shey u no know say na Dangote she be want talk .."....
Omo I realized he's right ...I was happy that I started dancing ,.

Naso I enter bus the next day ,enter Lagos . Brother Thomas bought fine okrika clothes for both of us , we enter his okada and that's how the journey to Abuja started....
