This case is going to be a watershed case for this country because both the APC and PDP all married Godwin Obaseki @ one time or the other with different allegations made and never made against the alleged controversial certificate issue.

APC quashed this same issue when the PDP raised in 2016 upon Obaseki won governorship on its platform while the PDP then was alleging he has blemish.Today, the reversal is the case.Hope the APC is prepared for the legal implication of what they are up to?

If someone stole your vehicle and you didn't pursue legal options to the end to put him in jail, the same legal options can be used to put you in jail if you stole his own vehicle.

And what date will the high court gives it's judgement in January? I heard it's on 13, some said on the 7

Don't be hypocrite. The APC deputy Gov in Bayelsa , in the last Govship election ,who is a serving Senator was nullified on the ground of the spelling of his name in his certificate.
The same certificate he had used to win his senatorial position

Why wasn't Buhari disqualified when his name on his Cambridge result is different from the name he is now bearing in spelling.

To me,it was forged because apc won't take him to court if it wasnt.any politician that is accused of forgery more or less forged.these politicians arw friends and knew each others secrets.the only problem is if one can prove the forgery in court which is difficult

Buhari case is different from obaseki's case.atiku didn't accuse buhari of forgery,he accused buhari of not presenting his results to inec.it was later in court that atiku started claiming forgery meanwhile this was never part of his petition

The high court deadline is between 7 and 8th so it will give its judgment before or by then.what obaseki took to the supreme court is an interlocutory injunction and due to the timeline,they will decide it this week or latest next but the high court will continue with the main case
