Like I told you earlier, you only visited a tiny portion in ibadan and formed an opinion on the entire ibadan

Ibadan still houses the best university in Nigeria and also happens to be the first (progressive thinking)

Rivers, Akwa ibom and Abuja also enjoy development because of crude oil money

Although not a single state in Nigeria can give Lagos a run for its money in terms of entertainment in Nigeria.

In Ilesa = 14k/night

In Ilesa;
Breakfast (yam and egg) = N2000
Lunch (Rice or swallow with any soup & protein) = N4000
Dinner (chicken pepper soup) = N1700

In Ibadan;
Complimentary breakfast is available

Efo Riro, semo and ogunfe = N4000

How did you arrive at this conclusion? Half of Ogbomosos are travellers (go to the North), Ejigbos stretched up to Ghana and Ivory Coast, Oyos are everywhere (Ghana/Togo/Benin/North) same with Ondos. Yorubas are generally well traveled though not as extensively as the SE people.
