thanks for this.
E ko ere oko délé o.

SOmeone once said that to me and I thought of all we do to ourselves at the ports.
No one is willing to lose 70% of their assets as taxes and bribes bringing it back into Nigeria in any other form but cash.
If I say I want to invest the money I have saved for the last 7 years working like a mule to buy a tractor and a truck to move things. I will end up paying a huge amount as tax, and if I bring cash I will still have to buy imported lower quality equipment. most lose asset returning to Nigeria

We here of people, black people getting shot in US and we even see clips, there are instances where people are arrested and jailed for a crime they didn't commit.

Crime happens everywhere around the world, it's just that Naija is has gotten out of hands.
US? thank God that is the country u mentioned as example! Did you know what? US is one the last places one should consider running to, just like Lagos many "craze (skosko for head) people" full there no be small.

Check out their president Trump, they are arrogant, but also know their worth and onions very well. They are always battling with issues till tomorrow...check those gun man who will just wake up shoot plenty people without any justification. It is saturated already. Though it is the most developed and advanced country in the world.

Avoid Nigerian churches everywhere you go whether home and abroad. The ones abroad are a true reflection of the ones back home. They are toxic centres of brainwashing, indoctrination, mass control, extortion, deception, manipulation, subjugation, mental slavery, exploitations and distraction.

You are absolutely correct. The writer deliberately refused to explain or deliberate more on item 5 because it is a Church matter. I can tell you, thousands of Church members are monitoring responses to Item 5 , waiting to launch attacks.

The issue of Nigerian or Blacks Churches is something the members don't want anybody to discuss.
Not in this section

You're talking absolute rubbish and are simply displaying your self hate, and hatred for your own people, which I believe is the Number 1 problem of Nigerians.

You're never happy with your own people, but when you see a white, you're all smiles and loveliness.

Let me tackle your baseless grievances against Nigerians one by one.

Meaningless words without specifics.

Highly subjective. You cannot look at people and tell what their ''focus'' is on.

What does ''showing off'' mean?

Dressing well? Wearing a nice wristwatch?

Nice shoes? What?

If you saw whites around you dressing in Armani and Gucci, would you say they were ''showing off''?

We know the answer. You wouldn't. It wouldn't even occur to you to say that.

How do you know where they live? Did they tell you? Or you just assume they live in council houses because they're Nigerians?

How do millionaires dress?

Are there some special clothes reserved for millionaires?

What does that mean? How can you tell when a person you've never met, and don't know, is ''looking down'' on you or any other person?

How do you know who is as poor or as rich as whom, in a church filled with thousands of people, the majority of whom you don't know?

What does that mean? Who made you judge of what is 'superficial' and what isn't?

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

The whole experiences you had at that church would be wonderful experiences in your head, if one thing was different, ie if the skin colour of the people in that church was white.

All these ''problems'' you dreamt up in your head, you would not notice or think about, because you would respect the people there, because they were whites.

You only ''see'' problems because you have an original hatred for your people where you should not.

If you went there with a feeling of love and respect for Nigerians, 4/5ths of these 'faults'' you claim to see, you would not ''see''.

The 'problems' and 'faults' you see are in your head.

Deal with your mentality. Stop being a self-hating negro, and quit being stupid.

Absolute self hating.

#5 is what I’m dealing with now. I go to a RCCG church in Texas only because my wife and kids, especially my kids have made friends there and my kids participate in various activities there. A mosque is better than some RCCG churches when it comes to gossip, jealousy and ego. They all shout “God bless you”. But I’ve never seen a place with so much contempt for another parishioner’s blessing. Everything is dragged through a microscope.

You would be funny, if you actually were.

If the opinion isn't yours, it must be trolling. Grow a brain.

You are the frustrated soul if a post that has nothing to do with you is dragging you in with the cat to mention me. Keep your frustrations to yourself.

Since she did not reply, you have brought up your usual folly in response. It can't be helped. cheesy

Bro run for your life
My wife was born in Nigeria but grew up outside Nigeria.
The funny thing she was the one who kicks against Africa churches because she saw more than enough while growing up and her dad never force her to church and same with her bro and sis.
I attended christ embassy and some few churches in Germany but God what I saw, oh wish I can unsee them again

When a man writes a post abusing Nigerians I won’t apologise..

I removed the words not because I wanted to placate him, because I didn’t want the point to get blocked or removed. It is important that young Nigerians know that as a people we can succeed. That there are successful Nigerians sometimes of modest origins who have made it at home and in the west.

This guy know he is being myopic, hence why he couldn’t answer when I challenged him.

The other guy knows I know my stuff but was upset when I called him out on his lies. Additionally while my focus was on work and if you are lucky later success. He was the one bragging about his high IQ and how he was rich as fuc..

Some Nigerians don’t like to be challenged and like to take the moral high ground when they are called out.

I appreciate the sentiment of your post, but I don’t frequent nairaland to placate those riddled with self hate and who spew poison against our people.

I am here to make sure the light passed to me by hardworking uncles who successfully ran businesses and held their own against other groups sometimes weirdly worshipped on this forum never dies out..

Respect and love to you..

I've always known that sensible and highly intellectual guys are in the minority here, cheers.

When you said ... let me tackle your points one by one.. I thought you were going to actually dispute her points but no you went on attacking her and asking questions.

This is exactly what many Nigerians churches have trained their members to do, anybody that dare criticise a church or a pastor will be met with army of keyboard warriors who will throw around insults.

So we should believe Op's narrative as the absolute truth without valid questions or a counter opinion?
