No need to argue, ask them their experiences with their Nigerian human resources, employees, contractors and customers so you understand the scale of the danger and damage.

Every company all round the world have issues with staffing and employees,. All round the world employees, contractors and customers are hired and fired, it is not a Nigerian thing.

You develop processes that mitigate the negative impact of bad eggs in your company.

Many companies around the world, Google, Facebook, Microsoft have rigorous process for hiring and firing but sometimes people that do not fit into the company goals sneak in. The system still weeds them out.

Bad people are everywhere in the world and those places thrive.

Unfit employees different from 'thiefing' employees.

Oga they are the same.

If a thieving employee does not fit into the companies goals and aspirations, the system will weed them out. Well structured companies have systems that do that. It is not only in Nigeria that people are fired from companies they work in.

Mind you not all thieves are bad. The thieving skills can be turned to good.

Go and watch the movie "Catch me if you can" and see how a thief was turned to good. You also see that it is not only in Nigeria we have crooks

Someone I know who worked in that department in his company built a house within a year.

This was someone earning roughly 100k a month.

When he was moved from the department, his lavish lifestyle stopped.

Many stories from that department.

Oga na wa for you oo.

Where did i defend thieves?

Please go and read my post again.

I am saying that calling Nigerians thieves, crooks is wrong.

Nigerians are hardworking people and are excelling in many fields of endeavor.

I am saying that stealing is not local to Nigeria. That all Nigerians should not be labelled as thieves just because one Nigerian stole.

Invest your lying down fund in VGIF for guaranteed returns. If you had done that in the past six months by January 1st 2021 you would have gotten 7.5% of your fund.

Well there is still opportunity. You can register today and get interest prorated for the remaining days of 2020.

Check my signature for link to open an account.

Lafarge had about 40 years advantage operating in Nigeria before Dangote Cement, but the French were only interested in repatrating their profits to France instead of increasing their production capacities and ploughing back their profits.

Now Dangote Cement is the biggest cement manufacturer in Africa, maybe the company was also given undue advantage in all the countries it operates in Africa

True... That's why I'm not very keen on FDI.
Any foreign business entity investing in Nigeria is doing that for the sole purpose of generating profit and returning it back to their main investors at home.

While FDI csn be good, Nigeria needs to learn how to lock in the money and also use it to better the lives of her citizens. This is something developed countries are good at. We are over 200million and chasing 300. The best way to progress and build native capacity is by supporting our businesses who will keep profits back in Nigeria.

We keep asking other countries to send their industries to come and develop our nation. No one does that. There's no free lunch.

That's why I respect Dangote. He has shown that its very possible to build huge industrial capacity in Nigeria. Having people like him in other industries will help propell our nation forward.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to acknowledge receipt of your mail.

Please be informed that VGIF recently declared additional excess profit for 1st half of the year which is to be shared amongst subscribers who invested in the fund in first half of the year. Kindly note the process of reinvestment is still ongoing and upon completion the amount (as see in the transaction notification) would reflect on your statement or online portal.

Furthermore, the excess profit is different from the 7.5% guaranteed rate offered by VGIF which is still due to be paid at the end of the 2nd half of the year.

Thank you for your understanding and have a nice evening.

The above has shown that the facts of the fund for VGIF is followed religiously. The promised extra interest above the regular and guaranteed 7.5% is
being distributed.

If you have not invested in VGIF I advice you come on board now, don't allow your money to remain idle.
Click the link on my signature to register, you can still get interest for the few days remaining in the year.
you can also call 08181057319 for more.

What is the value of the additional profit? What will it be in terms of percentage? VGIF will pay a guaranteed return of 7.5%, I hope the additional profit will increase the returns by an additional 1.5% giving a total return of 9%

Sometimes na contractor de induce the procurement staff.
Some contractors can go as far as identifying the schools your kids attend and pay their fees, some will identify your wife and send her a gift you her husband cannot afford.
Nigeria matter hard.

Armchair theory
Call it what you like
It is what it is.
There is NO LAW that excludes anyone from playing in that industry

The main barrier is the capital intensive nature of the business
BUA is going big on cement
WAPCO is rearranging its affairs to even get more competitive
If that useless narrative that the government handed the industry to Dangote

BUA would have been put out by now.

Its the same thing with the refineries
Dangote was not the only one given license
But he is going big on oil refining and fertilizers

6 years from today
Armchair critics will start running their mouth
That Dangote is this and that

Anyone who sticks their neck and take a big risk
Especially in a terrain like Nigeria
Should reap all the benefits

Thanks for your questions.
Please kindly get in touch for clarifications from your account officer. You can also send a mail to customer care and copy complaints@investment-one.com
However, from personal experience the extra profit revolves round 1.5 to 3.5 depending on the economic reality and SDF rate. The period under review the SDF was 8.5%.
For the second half of the year a total return of 9% will be a conservative projection.

There are two types of poverty
1. Financial (The inability to have sufficient income)
2. Mindset (The unending desire to keep doing everything to make more money)

In life you need to find a balance, a lot of people i know make between N200k to N3 mil a month, they all live a better quality of life compared to some people in certain places making N5 million per month but none of them has a poverty mentality due to their ability to have found a balance in life.

As usual
Rambling and rambling with no substance
Call me a "boy" all you want
That's your own prerogative
And your fundamental human right as a nigerian

However, you are living a sad and pathetic life
You just dont know it

All I did as a professional was to correct you on your mistake, on that your talk on "unearned income "
You could not accept that you were wrong

And you went digging through my many old posts, as the jobless simpleton that you are, in order to look for the smallest thing to "discredit me"

Only for you to post old posts of mine, and then make ridiculous assumptions about someone you dont know personally
That's really messed up you know?

Calling me an "audio" person ceaselessly and baselessly
I wonder whether you are even a B.Sc graduate sef, because if you were you would have understood that sometimes (and in certain circumstances) there is a time lag between when someone finishes his studies and when he is cleared for youth service
But that chapter is closed, no need to reopen it

Now you are on Ahib case
Spewing crap about someone who is ahead of you in life

Imagine the bolded comment up there
Someone comes here to make posts based on his own experiences and what he knows
And someone else is assuming that others thought I was an experienced person

Does that even make sense to you ?
What is wrong with what I have been posting ?
Posting information based on your own sphere is now a crime right ?

Now you assume that because I made moves to emigrate from the country
I must be an unemployed person
And a frustrated person
As if it is an unemployed person that can even opt in for Express entry

How ridiculous
When Ahib was making those claims about your youtube ventures and all those other things he said
I couldn't make judgements based on that
And call you an efulefu
Because as all sensible people do
You dont make wild assumptions and judgements
Based on just posts

I'll tell you this thing
Better fix your self esteem issues
It will do you a lot of good
Attention seeking on a faceless forum will not add value to you
I suggest you go for therapy
It will do you a lot of good
