To be honest with you , I really don't know .. But I can guarantee you , it will protect your engine, even castrol Nigeria does not produce.....

I bought it based on reviews online ....had excellent review......

Apart from anything else, oil change on full synethtic should not pass more than 7k miles ... unless otherwise stated on your owners manual

Seller asked what is the difference? You stated it is superior etc off coz it is superior based on price and maybe ,just maybe , I don't want to go over the edge here at and say MARKETING.... grin. I think the seller wants more of a scientific break down etc .....

But when all fails..... Customer review is 1 of your best choice ... don't take my word for it....read the review

Modify : Since Oga Gazzuzu decided to comment .. I can recall when I wanted to go into the importation oil engine oil business... I asked you about Castrol oil if it was good oil.. You basically condemned the oil ,based on your experience.. You stated you used it in the past to service a company's fleet of cars and it damaged their engine etc.. I felt so discourage at that time.......

So been a novice that I am and the power of the internet. I dig down and research.. I went online to read different reviews from Amazon to Wal-Mart etc .. And most importantly mechanics , not just anyhow mechanics ..

Once I was satisfied with my information, I decided to start the importation.. And I have never looked back since .......I did the same for penzzoil oil before bringing it in. Funny enough Pennzoil was popular on nairaland in 2015 that is how far back I went ........

So to all my valued customers, any product you buying from dru23 , before offering it to you rest assured that I not only use it ,but I make I check the reviews before offering it to you .. And u should do the same.....

Thank you all wink

I don't understand you....but let me just say u av won the argument sir....kudos to u

Toyota corolla is a compact car and is in demand....I expect it to be cheap if this ur logic is to be followed.ordinary oshodi to cms will triple in price when it rains cos the demand for the service is on the high side, and drivers want to cash out

babyboy v6 transmission is in demand cos the gear is prone to issues...no 120k,no luck of buying.the engine is around 70k...engine isn't in demand anyways....the i4 of the same car is the other way round

market forces determine price....not where the commodity is coming from(might not be the case everytime though)

if the 1.6 and 2.0 engines of this elantra models were easily interchangeable,we won't be saying this.cos weda na ya keep of kutiwenji,as long as it is in demand, prices wld soar

my case is rested grin
I understand his analogy. The mix-up is that the 1.6 engines are more expensive due to low supply (NOT LOW DEMAND) than the 2.0 engines that are more easily available.
ascendo:
Oga you didnt buy the car for me, stop showing me manuals of cars made in US. Don't worry, I'm fine.

But stop painting 20W50 bad. The limitation mineral oil Lube has as against synthetic is OXIDATION... get this fact.

The other day I saw when NNPC lubes were painted bad... I wish Abdulrahman saw your post that day... you know more that that prof that handled that project

SMH
Help me understand the oxidation part. Merry Christmas

Why is the 1.6 engine has low supply? Keep in mind Dana Motors imports them and I know for sure Hyundai has a factory in India that makes some of these cars... And those cars are not built for the USA market, there is a reason why does cars built in India are not for the USA market.....

Also Toyota has a factory that builts Corolla cars in South Africa. You can't compare it with the USA spec.. There is a reason for that , and there is a reason why USA spec Corolla cars are flooded in the market.....

Unfortunately whether we like it or not ,Nigeria has become a dumping ground for low quality cars .. You can buy a brand new Chinese car 2020 for 2million naira , while USA tokunbo car cost 2million naira .......
