u could get a ZTE BLADE A3 android phone for 30k
if its not in naija u could order online
but i am very sure it would be in naija
but note there is one thing about ZTE phone
if u are in a room that is not well lit and u use the phone to snap the picture quality might not be that good but for video quality its ok then the speakers are awesome.
