I agree. It is wrong to take such action without a court order. I was only pointing out that the state government had already confirmed venue of proposed sex party and even arrested the organisers, so it wasn't a rumour.

The flyer did mention any venue for the proposed sex party, neither was any immoral party held at the hotel. So who granted the agency the right to demolish the building? What judicial processes were followed and which court granted the order?

4. You can argue in court that you incurred expenses to stop the violation or the seizure is for the greater good of society. The judge may or may not agree.

But that's the only way you can demolish a structure here, if not the owner will go to court and sue the government to get compensated for the building, loss of business, reputation and emotional damage.
