the MD has committed a serious offence and deserves severe punishment. His affair with the woman and the kids shows his disregards of oaths and contracts. it shows he and by extension the company he represent is weak - i.e he is easily susceptible to lust and that shows physical/emotional weakness.in fact his offence shows he is incapable to manage a kiosk not to talk of a big financial institution.

Sad... When a woman is having an affair, the husband is usually the last to find out, that's if he ever will. She was the head of HR in the bank until 2018 when she relocated with the children and told him they weren't his... From the day couples marry, both should always have the mindset that this union is subject to disolution anytime in future due to anything. Men and women should always expect their partners to cheat and have a plan to prepare themselves mentally for the day they find out or confirm it. Personally, this is my mindset towards marriage. D story is true at least u can d kids& who they resemble. It's not actually a court issue. ideally, d MD should loose his job because it is an ethical issue. In countries that aren't as religious as ours, a high ranking company executive can loose his job for dating a junior staff because it will be perceived that he used his position to intimidate her or he will use his position to Grant her undue favours. That is how they ran down Oceanic Bank and Intercontinental bank.

You will see two bankers in thesame branch sleeping with each other. Banker sleeping with branch food vendor or cleaner.

So the question is this: DO WE HAVE A LAW THAT CRIMINALISES SEX WITH A MARRIED PERSON.

Anyway I can understand why most people don't even know what this scandal can do to the bank. Banking is one institution that has gone to the muds in this country especially that FCMB.
