Govt usually ignore court order if they are interested in dealing with a suspect but they have not tangible case against the person. Why do you think they have civil right movements in America?. It is better law enforcement usually violate constitutional rights of citizens and ignore court order. Why is this difficult for you to understand?. It doesn't mean govt is right. They just want to exercise their power over you. It is a common practice in many countries. Very common in the West

then there is no argument here. You can not simply concluded that Sharia Law is invalid. It is a recognized system of govt that runs parallel to the Nigerian constitution. For the fact Nigerian constitution recognized it then you are wasting your time.

So if you are truly interested in his case you need to contact relevant authority in charge of his case. You can not be raising this issue on NL and criticizing Islam because of Bala. So it is the govt that arrested him under Sharia Penal Code. So this is Bala vs Nigerian govt. One of ways to help him is to visit him, give him assurances, work with his attorney, don't be arrogant. And plead to the Sharia court.

You can not achieve anything on this platform by constantly castigating Islam and Muslims here. I have told you this before. Stop wailing on NL.

Sharia law is invalid. The constitution is clearly secular and states that there is freedom of religion. No other country runs two separate laws.

the alleged crime he committed had nothing to do with freedom of religion. He can be atheist or whatever he wants to be. I leaned that he was once a Muslim and now atheist. Was it not South and East a guy was severely beaten for converting to Islam and another one had his family taken away from him by pastors because he accepted Islam?. Was it not the same south a Muslim member of christian family had her remains seized and not release to Muslims community for proper burial according to deceased beliefs because of their bigotry without judicial process?.


Which is more coordinated, North or south and east?. At least North is doing theirs legally but a grown man had good family taken away from him without court order. Another guy was beaten up in extra judicial treatment because of his religion.


You see now that North is better and well coordinated?. The so called "educated south and east" are professional Almajiri.

The North is less educated, poorer and far more corrupt than the south. There is enough evidence for that.

Their achievements are only for themselves. What are their contributions to their local communities?. Name their achievements and contributions in their communities.
