Useless app. I got same error

Most likely a server-side issue, and everyone trying to log in are having the same issue at the moment. It will probably be fixed tomorrow.

This error started yesterday. I got beyond this stage two days ago but the two times I tried for the app to send sms containing my user ID to my registered phone number, it didn’t and for each attempt I had to wait for 10 minutes countdown to elapse.

The app has been on my phone for months b4 now, I downloaded from Google playstore.
I have not access my e-id yet, but I know people that did.

Hi bro. The app seems functional now, I was Able to access my e-ID. plus add my other phone numbers to link to my NIN.

my is showing but there's no way to download my details, or capture my ID...

for those that are facing difficulty it will be better if you access the App in the night, because I experience error on day time and beside you need strong network to access the App...

I just access the app now 5:20am. It displays my Id. And I proceeded to add my GLO and Etisalat numbers successfully under my devices. U can add up to 6 numbers beside your main number. I received OTP on my other lines in split second

I just tried the app for the first time and I received the OTP. Although it showed error message once, but I tried again immediately and got the OTP.

The App want to match you to a particular device which is wrong,i think they should find a way around it because it means they are assuming everyone uses a smart phone and you can't register for other people not using a smart phone without clicking reset. Again no menu to update your address .

After several trials, I was able to view my e-identity card. Every information is ok except the passport on it. But I have the hard copy with my passport on it. The electronic one has another person's photo on it
