That's what we call reciprocation.

But I think, he could have deeded his friend like 12 houses for 12 million dollars that will increase in value and set him up for life instead of buying him a 12 million dollar car that will eventually depreciate.

Am on this table right now but God gat me! Someone I helped turned me into his worst enemy just because I invested in a wrong business and made loss, setting me back. Asked for help for this dude but instead he mocked me, now he is beefing me for no just reason.
