OP. My advice to your aunt is to let it all go. Believe me if she dies, the children will just become houseboy and house girls to their relatives.

I am not well versed in issues like this, so i dont have anything to say. But the lesson I learnt a here is Golden.
1.) Always have a will regardless of age
2.) Marry a competent woman, who can manage my property even in my absence.
3.) My extended family should never be sure of what I possess, and my properties.
4.) For the love of my wards, marry a woman and ensure you are both loyal to each other. No room for adultery.

Just look at ya own advice. Nothing practically inclined at all. So she should still be praying while being hungry,with her kids suffering?

Your own story sounds so alike other testimonies I've heard in churches, no direct line of reasoning,just some miraculous mumbo jumbo that ends up confusing people the more. How in hell did ya presence shake your whole clan after 20 years or what exactly did God do to restore the glory? Did your uncle return all the proceeds he made for the past 20 years or what? Did he confess or make amends? I guess not

Tell ur aunt 2 report him through writing 2 d NBA of d state dat lawyer is currently practising stating professional misconduct and breach of trust in d carrying out of his duties.
I bet u, d mata would b investigated and if found guilty, he'll definitely b dealt with. If he dosent comply, he's playing with d revocation of his certificate.

Also, ur aunt should approach d ministry of justice in d stare she's presently in. The government offer free legal services through the Legal Aid council to indigent citizens.
