Thank you very much, the petition looks like a fast way to fish the Lawyer out, like I mentioned in a previous comment, my aunts new legal representative was trying to address the issue without raising too much dust. Also let your aunty hold her end of the deal or agreement with the family and present the kids to her late husband's family. I think your aunty is scared that something will happen to the kids but be rest assured that the kids cannot be taken from her.
