I was in an IT seminar once where the instructor informed us that any information they wanted about us could be harvested from Facebook even without been our friends or knowing our Facebook names. That's how powerful it is. IP addresses, geo locations, positions of family members are all easily handed over to corporate organizations by these social media giants. So that, you are never really so far away or so unknown as you think.

No, the FBI wouldn't. Their radar would have collapsed by now if they went about chasing such people. Even if they do, nothing else can come after it cause there's no ground for arrest. Someone who really wants to kill Buhari wouldn't even go around saying it online.
