In a way.

Arrrm.. I had to believe this when I discovered my baptismal name means "praise". And Im naturally a praise singer.

So yeah it works. I didn't know this until I began to sing and became a great singer to the point I was advised to join the choir. Years down the line, I just said to check the meaning of my name and realized I've been operating under the power of my name jewessgratitude> "praise" . Now, I'm naturally chosen as a praise or lead singer in any church I find myself. ...

To God be the glory.
it's just coincidence my dear!!!
Gate, Drink water, Lucifer, hazard etc. Name doesn't rhyme with Their reality!!!!!

The dark forces attach themselves to certain names. So when you bear them you invite them into your home.

I see so many Nigerians struggling in life, I see that the cause of their struggle is because of the names they bear, I see that some of them will be delivered and some won't.
You need to wash your eyes with Alomo bitters. That way you'd see clearly. grin

Some moronic nigerians will be naming their kids....peter, jonathan, joshua, moses, abel, isaac, saheed, abraham, akeem, mohammed etc instead of names like amaka, darasimi, ochuko, nnamdi, akpan, folaju, wuraola , ajayi etc....dem go say na primitive names.....

My kids no get any english, xtian or moslem names....strickly yoruba names....

People answering Peter seems to be extremely stupid like donald thrump......

People answering john seems to a mumu like jonathan

people answering buhari seems to be clueless, unaware whats going on around them....and tend to cherish animals than human. Eg cows

No, it doesn't. Except someone decided to curse the person based on the meaning of the name.

A name is just a sound to identify someone among many others. If it affects anybody's life, someone somewhere has used it to curse. No name is cursed by itself.

Even people wet dey bear "esu" no dry behave like Satan.

Seriously? Name you child "mumu" and see if he will not curse you forever.

Why would I name a child an insult? What would be the point of that? Names are an identifier that has mostly sentimental value. Mumu has no sentimental value to me. People change their name all the time and it doesn't change who they are so why think a name has an effect?

Men called Ephraim are never straightforward in their dealings.

Girls called Blessing usually have large mammary glands, there are always very few exceptions.

Boys called Emmanuel are usually intelligent or with remarkable personality.

Check out these few instances and you'll see a thread of connection running through.

They may not mean much, but you find these traits in the majority when you take a sample.

It doesn't mean other people with other names won't have these traits, but when you take a large sample of people bearing these names, you'll be shocked at the results you get.

Ever found someone naming their child Satan, Devil, Jezebel, Delilah.
Why?

Names are spiritual, they mean much.
