Many years ago a Yoruba young lady (with due respect to our Yoruba brethren) abandoned her child in a day care center and went away. When the child was 24 and already graduated the silly lady went in search of the child. This woman who was already married could not conceive and get another child. The so called child had been adopted that same year and refused to ever acknowledge her biological mother.

That was because the child had no real man to call a dad, the family should even be happy in this case. The court and law is not blind to irresponsibility like the way you're presenting these issues.
