Payooneer is asking me to send a document to verify my account. They said I should upload the document for verification in order to avoid future delay in payment. I don't know what I did wrong.

Now, I can only see passport upload button in my verification center - no national id card or driver licence button and I only have ID card.

What should I do? Will I be able to withdraw my funds without the verification?

If you don't do it, it will affect your amazon payment because amazon will not be able to verify your account when paying so funds may not enter your account. I use driving license in my own turn and they accepted so just use any government issued ID card, even voters card.
