Bro i need your help I’m supposed to be in Lublin now atm, I went for my appointment on the 16th of December and my collection date was 15th Jan but I went there on the 15th and I was told it was not ready and was told to come back on Monday which I did then I was told to come back on Wednesday which is today but it was yet postponed again to next Monday
What do I do? It’s getting real frustrating

If you're talking in Naira, no, 1.5m won't cut it.
Sure, you can sponsor yourself.
Yes, sponsorship - whether by self or others - is compulsory because this is actually the only way the Consulate can determine that an applicant won't be a liability to their country in the near term.
For any possible further clarifications, just shoot your questions here; folks will respond accordingly.

I sent a mail to the embassy and they replied that it isn't possible. been heartbroken since I got the reply today

I need people who have done it that can guide me through

Have u had a look at the study in estonia thread. They have been supportive with students bring family and also give additonal few months visa after completion to allow you find job after graduation. same kind of fees, also schengen

Being sponsored has better success stories. But there are people who self sponsored and it worked.

My brother same with me oh.. i was told to come for collection on 15th but them dey post me. Someone told me that they are getting more applications than usual plus the fact there was holiday breaks too. I was told to contact my school so they call the embassy on my behalf to hasten things. Maybe you can do the same.

The school said embassy tell schools not to interfere with visa decisions that i should mail the embasy instead but they would contact the embassy anyways. Please how did you send the mail? What did you type in..cos i would like to send mine now jare
