The name of the current governor of Kwara State is H. E. Alhaji Abdulrazaq Abdulramon.

Ilorin is also ruled by an Emir.

The city is the site of the University of Ilorin and Kwara State Polytechnic; The Federal Agricultural and Rural Management Training Institute, which operates a research farm, is located near the city. Teacher-training colleges and a vocational trade school also serve Ilorin. Health services include a number of government, private, and religious hospitals and a nursing home for the elderly.

I was able to tour/visit: Challenge, Post Office, G. R. A., Fate Road, Emir Road, Malete, Sango, Airport Road, Offa Garage, Asa Dam, Oja Tuntun and the Experience was awesome and remarkable.

You didn't visit New Yidi road, Ilorin- ogbomosho road, government house road, stadium, shop rite road, etc from post office you could have go to poly gate too

for your information kwara is Western Nigeria. Rather, North central.

What I like is the low level of crime
Reasonable cost of living and manageable roads
I usually walk home around 8pm without stress, though dark, no street lights.
I remember back in the days when I stayed around sanrab
It's always a nice time sitting in front of sanrab taking oranges or water melon or fried sweet potatoes and pepper stew...
Peaceful times
Going to shop rite is usually my highlight cause make we talk true, asides item 7 and other hanging out places, where person fit go relax or spend time

Op you no mention pipeline, Gaa Akanbi, sawmill, our new flyover, and other places

There is nothing northern about Ilorin and Kwara state as a whole. Nobody really cares about the fraudulent classification. Even a poor student of Geography knows that it is an anomaly to refer to Kwara state as north central. It is a fraud !
