Xiaomi have left the Android one program.

But mostly Android one phones get 2 android updates and an additional year of security updates.

For Xiaomi phones on MIUI
Budget/Entry level phones - 1 Android upgrade 2 MIUI Update
Midrange phones - 1 or 2 Android Upgrade and 3 MIUI Updates
Flagships - 2 or 3 android updates and 4 MIUI Updates
