Actually, I have this lump that has been staying on my bums for some months now.
I noticed the lump last year, and it has refused to go, sometimes, it will dry and do as if it will heal, but after some weeks it will come up again.
Sometimes I do bleed, I can't sit freely because of this lump.
What marvels me most is the way it will heal and still come up again with tight seriousness.
Please help me, tell me what the infection is and what to do.

I think what you have may be called Fistula-in-ano

you could google it for more info however its typically a normal boil close to the anal cavity and because of its proximity to that area, it gets re-infected during the healing process.

so what happens is the boil grows and while growing to discharge, the area stiffens and its a little hard for you to walk properly till the boil opens and discharges the pus and you feel relieved. (this may or may not be the case for you).
