Did the man say he is Igbo?

Some Ika people identify as Igbo while others just want to be left as Ika and nothing more.

Dorathy of BBN 2020 is an Ika lady that self identifies as Igbo. There are some of them like that.
In my opinion, until an Ika comes out and self identifies as Igbo, Ndiigbo should treat him/her as a non Igbo.

The report here says Agbor vicinity. He is probably Urhobo cos it is close. The name Irabor is native to Edo or Urhobo/Isoko (which are just Edoid groups in Delta state)
