I would say he’s the best COA so far. He has really transformed the Air Force. Acquiring new platforms and repositioning them to be a force to recon with. The incoming chief has a good foundation to build on.

By hierarchy, COAS and other service chiefs are supposed to report to CDS but I doubt it Buhari will allow it to work that way, owning to last incident of Last CDS that ends up being a mere ceremony official.
