i have decided to quit now. I just lost 155k trying to use Market limit to sell Xrp. Maybe i did not input the price properly. I quit. Leaving this thread. Someone bought it before i could realise my mistake. Wish you all good luck. I will come here once in a while to see the progress

Which exchange? Even if you set a limit price much lower than market price, it's still supposed to sell at no less than market price. Check your transaction history to see the order details

I noticed this too, people seem to think it’s quick money, it could be but like they say easy come easy go...
They have to understand the basics before even attempting these trades. I also noticed people ask for longterm and expect short term results... I can categorically say that if most people on this thread took the advise you and a number of us have given about sticking to ethy, they would have averaged at least 10% a week by now. In my own opinion 10% isn’t bad. On an average day I make just close to 2% most times a little less, some days it’s immensely more. But I already had my phase where I got burnt unnecessarily trying stuff. Now I know from my experience that I can’t lose holding eithy and big b, like I said I bough Big B at 10k when people were saying it’s too expensive, at the time I felt a little stupid cuz I spent tens of thousands buying, but my bro, by Dec, I was smiling like a roasted goat... if anyone on here bought at over 30k, my advise is hold. It won’t be long, see it as a piggy bank; my entire net worth is in cryp not cash, that’s how much as I trust the process. Hoping from one qoin to the other will simply increase the losses

Mt main acct was banned for reasons unknown to me

10% a week aint bad.. Most folks fail to see the big picture... They want to get 50-100% everyday. Easy money goes easily... Looking at things from the macro perspective helps to keep on e levelheaded and not be dinner for sharks

Reddit says they not done with Doge yet so I’m gonna see what’s happening, it’s low so might buy me a bit and test the waters, chances are I might lose it, but whatever the outcome; I’d let y’all know latest by Tuesday. I’m going to really gamble with it.
Hehe..
I'd hazard a guess that alot of folks are too burnt and looking for a way out. They are willing to sell into any pump... except if those folks capitulated ans sold low.

Please house, I got BTC for 40k over night via card on Binance. I was charged 400 for charges but when I got alert from my bank and I noticed I was charged 47279. Can anyone explain to me the excess charges?

We've said it tumes without number. DON'T BUY DIRECTLY WITH A CARD ON ANY EXCHANGE. LOAD YOUR ACCOUNT AND BUY AT A CHOSEN PRICE!!!!

The price of betece is not fixed, it fluctuates ever second

Thank you.

For new biees like me, can we begin to get more insight henceforth by understanding few concepts.

I'm trying to understand the below concepts under Technical analysis.

Reading Candlestick charts.
Reading Candlestick wicks.
Understanding and using trend lines.
Understanding Support and Resistance Levels.
Understanding Trading Volumes.
Understanding Market Caps.
Understanding Relative Strength Index.
Understanding Moving Averages.

Recommendation of YouTube videos or channels will be appreciated.

No one can say what betece would do in the immediate future. Thats a fact! Dont waste your time looking for signals.

First, you have to open a Tradingview or similar account. There you can load up indicators such as RSI, MA e.t.c.
No indicator is certain and all have their variables. The more indicators you use on a chart, the more variables you introduce amd hence difficulty in analysis. Nothing beats simplicity. Keep it simple.

Experience and learning from it is key... Learn from past mistakes, if possible write them down and you'd get better with time.
You can't get rich in this space by blindly following someone's trades. Most money I made was on opportunities I saw that very few were talking about. In tgis space, I'm more comfortable with a trade when most thibk it wouldn't work out than when most think it would.

For YouTube channels, i found these useful

There are lots of analysts and they don't usually agree. When they agree on a trade, the market does the opposite. that's why its good for you to know your stuff.
You have to master your emotions, trade against them so as to master that of others. In that way, profits are made

Not happy about this.... Sorry for your loss

You're losing monry on basic steps. This market is unforgiven. Folks will take fron you with no mercy.

Frankly, I don't understand what you did. Like someone said, even if you set your limit order below the market price, it would take higher offers first. In the past, I used to target lagging orders on luno when there was great volatility and sell for profit.

That's my issue with exchanges that have low liquidity... Good liquidity would have saved you.

Yea it would take the highest order.

I am once did something similar on Binance. Wanted to sell for 0.03 and by error I inputted 0.003.

I screamed when I realized but when I looked well I saw it didn’t sell for 0.003 but the highest order which was my initial selling price 0.03.

This system prevents against such errors, it was in the past it used to happened with exchange like Mercatox.

My dear, I'm also shocked.

I read they replied SEC's lawsuit with facts. since yesterday, XRP has been going up up ooo

I'm confused whether I should invest now or still chill.

don't want a situation where it Wil crash once I put in my money. yet, looking at the price climbing up is making me look like a coward who can't take a bold step. cry

Funds are "SAFU"...also if Binance, being the biggest exchange with all their security and stuff still gets hacked, you think those wallets and other small exchanges you're sending it to are safe? They just aren't targeted as much. This is not to say you should leave your money with them, but understand that there's still a risk of losing it no matter where you move it, it's one of the risks of investing in crypto. At least Binance to some extent is backed in case of such events, how many of the other wallets and exchanges can you say are "safu"? Better invest in an offline wallet cos you're not safe anywhere online.
Can one get this hardware wallet in Nigeria?

Some people have asked these questions already in previous pages and our bosses here have answered times and times again. All you need to do now is relax somewhere and read from page 1. You'll learn a lot by doing so.

One altcoin that has been lowkey performing well is Compound. Though a little slowly, it's been doing well for a month thereabout. It has done 30% in the last 24hrs. I've watched it move from 200 to 327 in the past few weeks. Even when I thought it was going down again, this nigga gets back up.

The project behind the coin also makes sense. Keep an eye on it, guys. It could be one of the ones for the future.

Actually if he sets to sell at market price it means if market price is 131 and he had 1000 units and he managed to sell 100 at 130.9 and price fluctuates to 130.1 it will sell some at that price and if it fluctuates further to 129 it will sell what’s left at that price and so on... chances Are you’d lose doing this if you don’t do it right. We extensively talked about this; the problem is the rush. For one to make money in this game you have to learn patience
