No matter how we wanna paint it, nobody can score 90+ in that test without cheating.

Is it the SJT that will take like a minute to read and assimilate

Or the verbal that it will take nothing less than 2/3 minutes to read and get the answer they need

Or is it the numerical it will take nothing less than 30 seconds to solve each questions

The full maths questions was gotten from workforce study material and workforce gives 1 minute per one question and Testmi gave us 40+ seconds per question..

The test was designed in a way that we were not meant to score a very high score (90+) if it was your first time doing the test.


That's my observation from the way the test was constructed.

2. State performance will play out.
3. Federal character will play out.

Many other factors will still play out. It ain't just about scores.

Yes obviously the person saw the questions. Some people begged others to help them write the exam thereby exposing the questions to them. If you expose the questions to smart person Na to Sidon solve the questions and ready your answers during your own test.

Bro, not all apllicants are members of nairaland. DPR recruitment 2016 thought us a great lesson. After the interview, nobody testified on the thread that he/she got the job. But DPR issued a memo that the recruitment had been concluded. So just chill and pray to be called for interview.

With all this discussion, I have to say yahjac is right on point. There is something inherently wrong with this Country.

I know a government organisation that was deep down in debt, a particular man was appointed at that time, d man did everything to fix that place, cleared the debt, and even left a surplus of over 100 million naira. Now when he was transferred out, d staff where extremely happy, because "oga is not a sharp person, him no dey chop & no allow us chop"

Now get this, d next person that took that position, emptied the accounts in less than 4 months without giving d staffs any share

D honest oga, was supposed to be appointed a big position at Fedral level by the government, BUT as the man was too honest, he was ignored and his junior given d job. Though man retired happily, but dat organisation is practically dead currently
